Bad customer service is no laughing matter, but sometimes it is funny when you consider who it is coming from. There are certain vendors we work with at M Communications and M Com Publishing and let?s just say some are a little more pricey than others. When it contract renewal time comes up, we shop around. Smart business owners shop around. We do this every year to get the best price on this particular service. When one company found out we were shopping around, I received a pretty snotty voicemail message. Of course, I started laughing and called one of my other colleagues in the industry to snicker with. My point? Snotty will not get sales and treat your customers like gold.
